Can I reserve a single space?
No. While you may decide to spend more time in a certain area, you are reserving 90 minutes of access to all three of those spaces.
If I reserve an Orbital Flow, will someone help guide me into the cold plunge?
Yes, even during the Orbital Flows we will have a guide in that area to help elevate your experience.
What is an Expert-Guided Session?
For up to half of your session you would be following an intentionally guided “class”. The remainder of that session you flow however you’d like in the Rejuvenate space.
What If I can’t stay the whole 90 minutes?
No problem, you can leave at any point during your session.
Will towels be provided?
Yes, towels will be provided!
Should I bring a water bottle?
Yes, we ask that you bring your own water bottle.
